In November, the long-awaited update for World of Warcraft – Dragonflight was released. New Dragon Isles have been added to the world of Azeroth, which were previously hidden in the mist of the waters, and a new race and class – Draktir.
For which classes it is better to play for a beginner and what each class represents – let’s figure it out.
It’s worth starting with the fact that with the release of the Dragonflight update, the maximum character level was raised to level 70, and the more complex and group-dependent class you choose, the more difficult it will be to level up. If you wish, you can always order excellent and cheap WoW boost services, and then there will be no problem with choosing a class and its pumping at all.
Classes and role
Warrior
Melee fighters who are often used as tanks. The role goes to them not because of the high level of armor, but because of the contact combat. Wars are useful in raids due to the fact that they deal a lot of damage to a single target and the ability to apply debuffs and stuns to surrounding enemies.
In many games, and WoW is no exception, wars attract players due to fairly easy and fast pumping and high demand among other classes.
Wars are pumped quickly due to high damage and fast movement speed, which can be enhanced by internal buffs. The class is strong in PvP, as it can quickly get close to the target and deal heavy damage with a combination of attacks. The mage and healer classes can rarely withstand such damage, and even the more dexterous rogue will have a hard time.
Since the basis of the warrior’s damage is the physical type of attacks, it is not very effective against tanks.
Druids
Druids are a magical class that is able to change their shape and appearance, connecting with nature and its inhabitants.
The druid can play almost any role by changing form and can absorb damage, attack, heal.
The class is great for beginners who still don’t know exactly who they want to play World of Warcraft as.
The most common forms of the druid are:
- Raven – allows you to fly and conduct reconnaissance of the area.
- Cat – adds speed and agility.
- Bear – Strength and endurance, additional indicators of health.
The downside of the druid is that this is a class of a little bit of everything due to forms – he cannot replace any specialized class in his own path, but he can be in auxiliary roles and significantly strengthen the tank due to the form of a bear, or be on the hook and take the damage to the boss if the main defender was killed.
Mage
The most spectacular and powerful class in terms of causing great damage to one or more targets, but at the same time a very vulnerable and weak class in terms of armor and health and is very dependent on mana.
Mage is a difficult but interesting class. A beginner who chooses him for himself should be prepared for difficulties – this is a constant lack of mana and high requirements for equipment, but as a result, the mage is an indispensable class in raids and PVP due to huge damage to multiple targets.
Mages are divided into specialization – Ice and Fire.
The main differences are in the effects that will be added to the main spells when choosing a direction. Often this is arson and slowdown, or a complete stop of the target.
Hunter
Sumoner from the world of Azeroth. The hunter tames wild animals and uses them to damage the enemy. Has a lot of skills and abilities related to hunting. Uses a bow or musket to hit targets.
The hunter has three development paths:
- Master of Beasts – Animals do the main damage. Simple attacks, bites, bleeding are used. Requires a good level of control in order to remove damage from the pet if necessary and maintain health.
- Shooter – uses a musket or bow to deal damage from a long distance. Uses traps and tricks, can pretend to be dead and confuse opponents. Deals high damage in PvP.
- Combination – pumping skills and the master of beasts and the shooter. The combination will make the class a universal fighter, effective in both PVP and PVE, which, by the way, can swing independently and unite in groups only in raids.
Rogue
Silent assassin and master of daggers. Uses stealth and invisibility for swift attacks and kills. Applies poisons and heavy bleeding, and can go invisible right out of combat.
An ideal class for dealing with fragile mages, but the hunter himself is vulnerable, although he deals huge damage.
The class does not survive physical damage well and can only rely on its dexterity, which can save it.
The hunter is also not protected from magic, and equipment and strategy will decide in a duel with a magician.
The class is quite difficult for beginners, as it requires an understanding of the skills and the correctness and expediency of their application, but this is all mastered by experience.
