I have a feeling that we are all in a state of “social responsibility” right now. We are all trying to figure out how to improve our companies culture, create more wealth and opportunity in our communities, and create more happiness in our lives.

Your “program” is your company’s “mission.” Your goal is to get it right. Your “mission” is to create a culture that is driven by a genuine love for your company, employees, customers, and community. In other words, your mission is to create a company that is driven by a passion for its people. This way, every employee feels they are contributing to a purpose.

As the saying goes, “you can’t be social responsible in business without first being social.

The social responsibility in business program begins with a commitment to make a difference in the world. It is not enough to simply make your company better. We also have to make it a part of our lives.
