The restaurant serves authentic Thai food with respect to the heritage of the country while modernizing it at the same time for a more cosmopolitan clientele. It has an extensive menu of over 50 dishes and over 30 different cocktails, including salads, soups and mains in the foods menu and traditional Thai drinks such as tom yum, iced Thai tea. From fine dining to street food, it really has a little bit of everything. The bar is also known for its long list of rare and unique wines as well as beers and spirits, all served in the best possible way to enhance the flavours of each drink. It is located on Ann Siang Hill, which gives it a fantastic view over Singapore’s skyline at night.
3. The Rooftop of The Westin Hotel
The Rooftop is on the twenty-fourth floor of The Westin Hotel. It has a cosmopolitan atmosphere with an international vibe, embodied in the cuisine and drinks served by its exceptional staff. The restaurant serves Southeast Asian delicacies inspired by all different types of cooking styles, including Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese and Indonesian. The drinks menu is extensive, with a wide selection of cocktails created by some of Singapore’s best mixologists. 4. Ku Dé Ta
Ku De Ta is located on top of Marina Bay Sands and offers a truly exceptional experience. It has an extensive menu with some very innovative creations inspired by Asian and international cuisines. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, with a variety of options for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. The bar has an extensive drinks menu including cocktails, wines, beers and spirits but also mocktails that perfectly mimic the flavours of alcoholic beverages in non-alcoholic drinks. It also has a list of milkshakes that are tasty.
5. Quayside Isle
Quayside Isle is a floating venue in Marina Bay that has been created from a barge. It serves a wide range of beers and cocktails as well as Asian food with a French twist. The setting is really nice, and the service is fantastic. It also hosts different music events throughout the year.
6. J.W. Marriott Hotel
It is located on Raffles Avenue, and The Lawn Terrace offers direct views of the famous Marina Bay Sands hotel towers as well as Singapore’s skyline at night since it is located on one of the tallest buildings in the city. It has an extensive drinks menu with cocktails that are well-mixed and beautifully presented.
7. Frangipani Rooftop Bar
This is located on top of the Frangipani Hotel in Geylang. It has a full menu with excellent grilled dishes, including steaks, ribs and chicken wings. The atmosphere is great, with cool music in the background that provides just the right setting for an awesome night out in Singapore. The presentation of food and drinks is also very stylish.
8. OZONE Rooftop Bar – UOB Plaza
The Ozone is located on top of an office building in Raffles Place. The bar has a sleek interior that is beautifully designed with lots of interesting lighting. The presentation of food and drinks is also very stylish. They have an awesome selection of beers, wines and cocktails, as well as pasta, pizzas and burgers.
