list professional, trade, business, or civic activities and offices held.

This is the most difficult question to answer. I will go out on a limb to say most of us have multiple professional, trade, business, and civic activities and offices held. This means we work in different industries, in different cities, and in different sectors of the economy. A lot of this is also dependent on where we grew up. Some jobs are very specific to only certain areas of the country or world (which is why I can say almost any profession here in Australia).

Businesses and offices are the places that we do things. It’s important to note that a job isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life, and these days, most job postings have to do with careers. You don’t have to worry about this though since most jobs involve some level of learning or study, and there are many different paths for people to get into the field.

Your list is your story. Every time you look at it you are seeing it for the first time. It will be different to you.

In my current profession, I’m working with the city to implement a plan to improve pedestrian safety on the streets of downtown Los Angeles. When you think about it, it takes the focus off our streets so we can look down from on high and see the city.

I’d think this is a good place to start. I’m a firm believer in the first part of the question because to me, it’s the most critical part. Sure, I do this every day for my job. I work in the real estate and construction business. I work in a nonprofit.

The first one is probably the easiest, though if you haven’t worked in the real estate or construction industry, it’s a different story.

For example if you’re planning to start a new business, you can’t include that in the question. For the most part, the answer you’ll get is going to be a list of things that someone in your industry can do to help you succeed.
