Political conflict is an example of a people dimension of business problems where the issue is not so much the “wrong” way to respond to a complaint or problem, but the lack of a viable solution.

When this is not the case, it becomes a pretty big problem.

With business, this problem is more aptly referred to as “overflowing accounts”.

I have, on several occasions, hired these politicians to make sure that I didn’t get sued into oblivion, but in many ways the situation is worse than one of me hiring a politician.

Not only does he or she require more money, but he or she also requires a more professional approach to business than a less expensive person. The politician may make the mistake of putting all of his or her time into the business, but when you look at the end result, the money you made from the politician’s mistake is not a very good return on your investment.
