The following is a quasi contract. Our friend, Joe, just received a new car for his home, and he is very excited to move into his new home. He has the car all ready to go, but he is a little nervous about the process of putting it together. He thought he would just need to order the parts and get a set of tools so he could put the car together. However, he has a lot of questions about what he will need and where he will get them.
The first thing Joe wants to do is to ask you questions.
Well, that’s a pretty broad question. You should probably specify what kind of car you want (for example, a pick up truck), how much you want to spend (for instance, $7,500), and what type of vehicle you want (i.e. a pickup truck). Since you will be paying the purchase price for the specific vehicle, you have to specify what the price is. Then you can work out the rest of the transaction.
When you take the vehicle and put it in a storage compartment, you want the money to be there. But, as we can see, you want the pickup truck to be there, and the pickup truck is more than a car and you want to buy. It’s not real life, but you want to give the money to the storage compartment for the pickup truck.
When you buy a truck, it’s a pretty simple transaction. You get a title, a serial number, and the price. You then put the truck in the storage compartment and you get the money. But you are not really buying a car. You are buying a truck and you want to give the truck to the storage compartment for the truck.
The thing to consider here is that a car comes with a title and serial number. You don’t even have to buy a car to give the truck to the storage compartment for the truck. If you buy a car, you can do whatever you want with it but not with a truck. You can change the title, you can change the serial number, you can give the car to a friend, but not with a truck.
This is a rule that should be applied to real estate too. You can buy a house but you can’t change the title, you can’t change the serial number, you can’t give the house to your friend for your own use. You can do the same for a truck.
We have a little thing called a contract. We can give the truck to anyone who wants to drive it to a new address.
This rule applies to real estate as well, but it’s a little more complicated. If you own a house and you want to sell it, you can change the title and the serial number, but you can’t change the contract. This is because contract law is based on a sort of contract of sale, not a contract of purchase. In a contract of sale, you can change the title, the serial number, but you can’t change the contract.
The same is true of real estate. If you’re selling a house, the current contract is the only thing that’s binding, and you can change the title, the serial number, or both, but you can’t change the contract. The contract is always a contract of sale.
