This is the self-awareness that comes from being aware of all that it is and how that knowledge affects your life today, yesterday, and probably in the next 5 seconds.
This is the self-awareness that comes from the realization that if it weren’t for the fact that you know something, you wouldn’t be here. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best I’ve found so far.
I’m not going to pretend to be an expert on this, as I’m sure that there are many people who are, especially with the word “self-awareness” in the title. I’m just going to say that it is something that feels like being “self-aware” to me, and that it can help you create a more productive life.

I feel like it is a really good idea to think about what you are going to do about a situation, and then to do that. This is like the thing you need to do in a situation, because if you don’t, you are going to be stuck in a situation for a long time and that is a bad thing.
Because it can be difficult to unlearn the habitual ways we take in our lives, it might be helpful to think about the habits that we have and try to break out of them. But, in order to do that, we have to be willing to let go of the old ways that we have been conditioned to use, and it can be very difficult to do that.
What I mean by that is that our habitual ways of thinking and reacting are not necessarily the ways that our brains actually evolved to think and react. They are the ways that our brains are wired to think and react. To undo our habitual ways, we have to go through a process of deconstructing them.
